Matthew 6:19-21 19 “Do not lay up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroy and where thieves break in and steal;
20 But lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor
rust destroys and where thieves do not break in and steal.
21 For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.”
Do you wonder, how to find where my treasure is? Simply check on
whatever you spend most of your life on, which will be a treasure for you.
If you spend most of your time, money, effort, physical fitness, your physic is your treasure. Just like that, spending our time, money, effort, etc. on Children, work, family, earning money, etc., is your treasure. He has a great purpose for you, for your life, for your future.
He has a great purpose for you, for your life, for your future.
When Jesus Christ tells his disciples to go out for the ministry, Jesus looks at them and says:
Luke 10:7 7 “And remain in the same house, eating and drinking such things as they give, for the laborer is worthy of his wages. Do not go from house to house.”
In the present age, many believers will give offerings to the servant of God if they come to their home. And it is not wrong to give Offering. When they don’t have money to give offerings to the servant of God, they may feel very sad or guilty. Servants of God also have to go through such situations. If you depend on the truth, the truth will guide you on the right path and in the right way in your life; You will live by the truth and walk by the truth.
The Lord has called everyone for a very great purpose.
In our lives, the peace that comes from doing God’s service is greater than the money we earn.
We should give more importance to God and to Worship Him than we give importance to earn in our work.
Many believers do not invite the servant of God, thinking that, if they come to our home, we have to give an offering to them.
Neither believers nor servants of God should depend on human beings. This must be changed. Always depend on God and trust in Him alone.
We must depend 100% on God and God alone.
Matthew 8:8,10 “8 The centurion answered and said, “Lord, I am not worthy that You should come under my roof. But only speak a word, and my servant will be healed.
10.When Jesus heard it, He marveled, and said to those who followed,
“Assuredly, I say to you, I have not found such great faith, not even in
Israel!”
We are saved by grace and living by grace.
So we should not make it as a business from what we got free from God. Freely received, must be freely given.
Ministry is not a business; God will feed them. God will not forsake them.
We must believe that we will surely reap what we sow. Because our treasures are stored up in heaven.
Rather than make some hasty decisions in your life and face losses, He will lead us in the right direction, if we surrender ourselves to the Spirit of God.
Whosoever works, he is worthy for his food. Surely God will feed them.
Matthew 20:4,8,12-14 4 “And said to them, ‘You also go into the vineyard, and whatever is right I will give you.’ So they went
8 “So when evening had come, the owner of the vineyard said to his
steward, ‘Call the laborers and give them their wages, beginning with the
last to the first.’
12 saying, ‘These last men have worked only one hour, and you made them
equal to us who have borne the burden and the heat of the day.
13 But he answered one of them and said, ‘Friend, I am doing you no
wrong. Did you not agree with me for a denarius?
14 Take what is yours and go your way. I wish to give to this last man the
same as to you.”
Jesus always gives the right salary to us. Jesus always gives us the right salary us.
If a church expands and prospers, the church believers and the servant of God of the church believe and pray. They receive because they believe.
So, all who are servants of God should not be jealous of other churches and other ministers. God will give the right reward to us for what we worked.
Titus:1:7 “7 For a bishop must be blameless, as a steward of God, not self-willed, not quick-tempered, not given to wine, not violent, not greedy for money,”
I Timothy:6:5 “5 useless wranglings of men of corrupt minds and destitute of the truth, who suppose that godliness is a means of gain. From such withdraw
yourself.”
Do not come to church at any time for thought of money. The truth does not reach their heart for those who come to church for money.
I Timothy:6:6 “6 Now godliness with contentment is great gain.”
If a ministry does not do ministry with the prayer for people should be saved and repent, then it is not a ministry.
When you do the ministry, you should do it with a sincere heart and an
enthusiastic mind.
Ministry is not a profit-making business.
I Timothy:6:17 “17 Command those who are rich in this present age not to be haughty, nor to trust in uncertain riches but in the living God, who gives us richly all things to enjoy.”
You reap what you sow. If you sow love, you will reap love. You
cannot reap without sowing.
Any servants of God who do not take good care of their family are not fit to properly do God’s ministry.
Keep speaking in faith. Of course, all things work.
God will do what He promised.
Amen…
